Za Harminkou stojí skúsený tím JTRE

Harminka is our new project in Dúbravka, Bratislava. You may have already heard of us, but we would like to introduce the team and the experience behind it. We have been dedicated to housing and urban development for almost three decades, and the experience we have gained over that time is now being brought to Harminka as well.

We are JTRE, and we have been active on the real estate market since 1996. To date, we have completed more than 50 projects in nine countries. In Bratislava, you may know us for Panorama Towers or for the city districts of River Park, Zuckermandel and Eurovea City. Our more recent projects include Downtown Yards, Ganz House and District15 in Bratislava’s Ružinov.

Our goal is not just to build buildings, but to create places where people enjoy living. We are among the developers who create entire city districts. That is why, in our projects, we focus not only on the quality of the apartments themselves, but also on architecture, public spaces, greenery, pedestrian zones, amenities, and opportunities for cultural and social life. It is also important to us that new projects blend naturally into their surroundings and bring value not only to their residents, but also to the wider community.

We also think about the future. We build sustainable solutions into our projects, use green technologies and support eco-friendly transport. Our buildings are pursuing the international BREEAM and LEED certifications, which assess their environmental quality and sustainability. We believe that quality housing does not end at the door of the apartment, but also includes the environment in which we live every day.

Our work is also recognised by industry experts. In 2024, we became the first developer to win the Developer of the Year award at the ASB GALA in all four categories: residential, office, retail and public vote. At the 20th anniversary ASB GALA in 2025, we received the award for Best Residential Developer for the projects Downtown Yards, Eurovea Riverside, Eurovea Tower and Ganz House Eurovea. This was our thirteenth win in the ASB GALA Developer of the Year awards.

We see the ASB GALA award as recognition of our work so far, but also as a commitment for the future. Each year, the trade magazine ASB uses it to honour companies and personalities who contribute to the development of Slovak construction, architecture and the environment in which we live. It motivates us to continue working on projects that bring long-term value and have a positive impact on the shape of our cities.

We are now bringing all of this experience to Dúbravka. In 2026, we are presenting the first phase of the Harminka project: a place that combines urban comfort with closeness to nature and creates space for peaceful everyday life and good neighbourly relations.
