Get to know Harminka better

We have successfully completed the first presentation of Harminka, and we are delighted by the interest you have shown. Your reactions reassure us that Harminka has the potential to become a place that is good to live in and worth looking forward to. And because it offers more than just new housing, we would like to introduce it to you in a little more detail.

Harminka consists of two residential buildings, one with 14 and the other with eight above-ground floors. Together they will offer 149 apartments of various sizes and layouts, so that young couples, families with children and those looking for more space for themselves can all find a home here. Two- and three-room apartments are the most numerous, and they are among the most sought-after types of housing today. The ground floors of the buildings will be complemented by shops and services, which will give the neighborhood its natural daily rhythm.

Construction is planned for 2027 to 2029, and the apartments will be handed over to a high standard. However, we have paid special attention to the details that affect everyday comfort. Large windows will bring plenty of daylight into the interiors, and spacious shared corridors will make moving around the building more pleasant and create space for natural encounters with neighbors. Covered balconies will offer a spot for a morning coffee or a moment of rest, while generous terraces with views will be created on the highest, set-back floors.

One of Harminka’s greatest strengths is its surroundings. The views of the Small Carpathians bring closeness to nature into everyday life, with scenery that changes with the seasons, the weather and the daylight. This contact with nature gives living here a distinctive atmosphere.

The heart of the project will be a green inner courtyard, designed as a natural place to meet and relax. It is a space where children can play safely, neighbors stop for a chat and friends meet after a day at work. It will include green areas, seating zones with street furniture, a playground and features for active recreation. The shops and services on the ground floor will also help ensure that everyday life takes place right in the neighborhood of your home. We have also thought of cyclists, for whom facilities for storing bicycles will be provided.

The calm and green character of the courtyard is also supported by the parking solution. Most parking spaces will be located underground, where the storage rooms will be as well. Sports equipment, seasonal items and other belongings will therefore not have to take up valuable space in the apartment itself.
